Slow News Day is Sujan E. Bin Wadud. Sujan enjoys music of all kinds*. He has been composing ever since he started to play keyboards at the age of 14. He has had little formal training, and learned to play and emulate various instruments on his own over the years. He is fascinated by the idea that music can set moods and move people. He likes his arrangements to emulate real instruments/performances as much as possible. But he can't afford real musicians, so he ends up (spending too much time, his wife would say) trying to make things sound real with his limited electronic resources. In addition to composing, he is involved with the Amra Kojon group, which he feels is a noble endeavor to take Bangla performing arts to a higher level. Sujan, a Chemical Engineer, is the Territory Manager for TA Instruments. And if you live in New York or Connecticut, please buy a Thermal Analysis and/or Rheology system from him - he needs the money. Email: sujan@aboltabolmusic.com (*) Not a big fan of Country Music or Rap, though! |
